01 / The contribution
Connect the mission with participation.
My Hospice Cup experience combined communications and board service. Community-facing communication needs to connect the purpose of an event with a practical invitation to take part.
The portfolio focuses on that communication judgment. It does not claim unverified attendance, donation, or retention results.
02 / Independent portfolio exercise
Give the audience an active role.
New illustrative copy / Not an event announcement
Come for the art.
Have a say in what comes next.
An art-selection reception gives a community a concrete invitation: explore the work and help choose the visual identity for an upcoming event.
The communication would pair that invitation with approved event details and a clear participation step.
This typographic treatment is a new portfolio example. It does not reproduce the archival invitation or featured paintings.
03 / Evidence & status
Keep contribution separate from outcome.
My communications and board role supports this professional context. The illustrative treatment shows how I would structure an invitation.
Original distribution, attendance, voting, opt-ins, and donations are not established here. No artist’s work is reproduced in this version.
