The challenge
National career conferences needed relationship data and a repeatable employer recruitment process to connect transitioning service academy graduates with employers.
The decision
Build the operating system around the relationships, connecting communications, constituent data, and conference delivery.
What I built
Built an engagement system alongside the existing Blackbaud environment. Ran conference communications and event operations for alumni, employers, and institutional audiences.

The documented outcome
The portfolio reports more than 400 candidates and more than 500 federal contractor participants per conference, supported by an engagement system the association could operate independently.
These are reported participation counts, not placement rates or incremental growth. Federal contractor participants must not be relabeled as distinct companies. Original event materials and identifiable photographs require clearance before display.
