Professional work / Brand strategy & integrated activation
A clear position. A shared direction.
A healthcare services business needed a more coherent way to explain its value. My strategy work connected audience needs, a central proposition, supporting proof, and a plan for carrying the message across channels.

The strategic task
Make the position useful
to the whole team.
The work connects a brand-level idea with the choices people make every day: what to say, what evidence to use, where to show up, and what to measure.
01 / The challenge
A clearer story in a complex category.
The service involved a sensitive subject, multiple audience needs, and a need to explain its role precisely. A broad list of capabilities would not give the audience a clear reason to understand or trust the offer.
The strategic task was to turn that complexity into a consistent narrative that could guide marketing, sales, content, and partnership decisions.
02 / Strategic choices
Connect the promise to the proof.
Start with the audience’s question.
I organized the strategy around what people needed to understand and what made taking the next step difficult. This gave messaging a clearer purpose than simply repeating service features.
Build a message hierarchy.
The strategy deck connects a central value proposition with a small set of supporting themes and evidence. That structure gives different teams a shared starting point while leaving room to adapt the message to the audience.
Make scope part of the story.
Clear language about the service’s role and boundaries was part of the positioning work. The strategy called for supporting claims with evidence rather than allowing a broad promise to outrun what the organization could establish.
03 / Activation
Carry the position into the plan.
Give channels distinct jobs.
The activation plan related audience needs to search, social, video, community engagement, and partner content. The objective was a coordinated message system with a purpose for each channel.
Design for continuity.
A companion partnership-transition concept considered a recurring content platform that could support guest contributors over time. It expanded the strategic discussion from an individual placement to a repeatable editorial approach.
Bring leadership a decision.
The positioning deck ends with an approval request, an accountable owner, and a timing decision. It connects the brand choice with subsequent creative, content, and measurement work.
04 / The work & its status
A strategy foundation for coordinated execution.
- A structured positioning presentation, from category context to audience, proposition, proof, and activation.
- A channel and partnership direction connecting the brand narrative with execution.
- A leadership decision request and measurement priorities.
Documented output: the strategy and planning materials. The account record separately shows that the positioning document was complete and under review in March 2026. Approval, full rollout, and incremental performance from this strategy are not established by these materials.

Business perspective
Use positioning to focus the investment.
The business question
What shared proposition should guide the organization’s marketing, content, and sales communication?
The strategic tradeoff
A broad list of capabilities can accommodate every stakeholder but leave the audience without a clear reason to care. A focused proposition requires prioritizing the most relevant themes and supporting them with evidence.
The management implication
The deck links positioning approval to creative, channel, and measurement decisions. That creates a basis for directing resources consistently. The materials establish the recommendation and planned activation, not a measured return on that strategy.
